Our Fees
Your initial discussion with a mortgage adviser is free and with no obligation. If you then choose to go ahead and use our services we will charge you fees which cover mortgage advice, case processing and administration costs. The actual amount will depend on your circumstances, type of mortgage you require and the amount of time we will have to spend to complete the case. To give you an estimate indication of our charging structure, in the case of a regular mortgage application, our charges are usually between 0.5% to 1% of the loan, i.e. the fee will be £1,000 on a £100,000 mortgage.
