Why make a Will?
You may be gone but you're not forgotten. By drawing up a Will, and making sure you update it when necessary, you'll be saving your loved ones a lot of trouble later.
If you don't have a Will:
- Your spouse/civil partner and children could end up with less than you'd hoped because of the laws about intestacy.
- You might land them with a large inheritance tax bill, but that can often be reduced with a little planning.
- Badly-written Wills, drawn-up without proper advice, can cause as much trouble as no Will at all.
The good news is that making a Will can be easy and inexpensive. Please call us on 0800 389 2276 or email us at advice@staffordshireindependent.co.uk if you wish to arrange an appointment with our solicitor to make your Will.
